Leanne Buchan, principal officer for culture and sport at Leeds City Council, will be speaking about her experiences of organising, supporting and developing culture in a major city.
Leanne recently wrote the Leeds Cultural Strategy and has been behind some of the biggest cultural events in Leeds, from organising the Tour de France Grand Depart to leading the city's bid to be European Capital of Culture in 2023.
